As a company we provide a thorough exterior/interior inspection of our client's home, business, farm or commercial building using the latest technology to assess their requirements.

If you would like us to train you to earn unlimited income and sell on a lead and appointment basis (Approx 10-15 warm appointments per week provided) then Countrywide Coating & Insulation is the company that will exceed your expectations and earning potential will surpass.

Responsibilities:

  • You will play a vital role, by providing our customers with free no obligation surveys and explaining how the customer can better insulate their home (all from incoming enquiries).
  • You will be based within our Field Sales team and will work closely with your appointments and provide our customers with first class sales service.
  • Organised with good time management as you will be mainly on the road seeing appointments, but there will be some admin work and follow up calls for you to make back in the office or at home.
  • You must be able to follow our operating systems and instructions.
  • Work independently and manage your own daily schedule.
  • Manage the clients’ expectations from 1st contact all the way through to sale completion.

Requirements:

  • Have and maintain a respectful and honest manner, treating customers and prospects with sincerity, as you are a representative of our awesome company.
  • Speak confidently with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday (based on a 40-48hour week. (Daily hours will vary based on customer needs and appointments)
  • Driven to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets & KPI's.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales position.
  • Have a pleasant and pleasing personality.
  • Be sales and target driven (no canvasing).
  • Driving expectancy is 4-5 hours a day depending on where your appointments are.
  • Skills and Behaviours we would expect as a company:
    • Positivity and resilience.
    • Excellent verbal communication.
    • Persuasive and flexible, but not pushy (customers will only buy from people who can solve the customers problem).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You must have a full UK Drivers Licence (with a minimum of 2 years continuous experience & no more than 6 endorsement points (3 in the last year).
  • Ideally you will have worked in direct sales for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Have a pleasant and pleasing personality.
  • Outgoing and presentable with the ability to immediately build rapport with our customers.
  • Face to Face B2C experience desirable.

  • Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year + Company Car.
  • No weekends.
