Our process

Step 1

Meet & greet at the agreed time confirmed with clients.

Step 2

Thorough cleaning & preparation of wall surfaces. Biocidal wash applied to eliminate spores and prohibit any further re-growth in years to come.

Step 3

Masking up all doors, windows, paths and surrounding areas that are not being treated. Great care is taken to protect driveways and adjoining properties.

Step 4

Restoration and repair work carried out where necessary. Damaged render and decaying brickwork is removed and all cracks are chased out and repaired.

Step 5

A primer coat is applied if required. Coatings are sprayed on to surfaces. Occasionally, due to weather conditions, we may apply the coating by roller.

Step 6

Clean away and remove debris, leaving the site as we found it. Walk the site and sign off with client.
